Varillas de carburo sólido de tungsteno para fresas y taladros con alta calidad estable
1.Las varillas de carburo sólido de tungsteno se moldean a presión mediante moldeo o extrusión.
2. Las varillas de carburo sólido de tungsteno se sinterizan mediante un horno integrado de sinterización de baja presión, por lo que el rendimiento general es alto.
3. La barra redonda de carburo de tungsteno-cobalto rugoso, o el diámetro exterior de la barra redonda, se pueden refinar y pulir de acuerdo con cualquier tolerancia. Las tolerancias comunes son h5, h6, -0,005, etc., y también se puede procesar el chaflán final de las varillas de carburo.
4.Las varillas de carburo son adecuadas para el procesamiento de acero general, hierro fundido, acero inoxidable, acero resistente al calor, base de níquel y aleación de titanio. Recomendado para materiales de herramientas de carburo de uso general, como brocas helicoidales, fresas, machos de roscar y brocas de pistola.

The tolerance of the ground cut-to-length rods is h5/h6 or at customer’s requirement in Dia. ,and 0.00~+2.00mm in Length as normal.

1.Tungsten carbide blanks production
